Scott Cochrane

Scott Cochrane has been a Partner (Corporate) at Herbert Smith Freehills since 2002, having led both Global (2015-2019) and UK (2012-2015) Corporate practice, as well as the Client & Sector Programme (2014-2015). He specialises in asset management and investment fund formation and on financial services regulation, particularly within the asset management sector. For Politeia he was co-author of The Financial Sector and the UK Economy: The Danger of Over-Regulation (2013).
