Sir Richard Aikens QC

Sir Richard Aikens is a Visiting Professor at King’s College London and Queen Mary University of London who served as a Lord Justice of Appeal from 2008 to 2015. Appointed to the Privy Council in 2008, he specialises in international commercial law and arbitration. The President of Lawyers for Britain, he is co-author for Politeia of Avoiding the Trap – How to Move on from the Withdrawal Agreement (2019).
