Philipp Rother

Philipp Rother has been Head of the Fiscal Surveillance Section at the European Central Bank since 2016. He was previously the Chief Economic Analyst at the European Commission (2013-16). For Politeia he co-authored More Gain Than Pain: Consolidating the Public Finances (2011).
