Sir Oliver Letwin

Sir Oliver Letwin was Member of Parliament for Dorset West between 1997 and 2019. In government he served as Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (2014-2016) and Minister of State for Government Policy (2010-2015) and held numerous frontbench roles in opposition while, prior to entering Parliament, he served in the Downing Street Policy Unit between 1983 and 1986. His publications include Hearts and Minds: The Battle for the Conservative Party from Thatcher to the Present (Biteback, 2017)  and his Politeia publications include The Easy Case: Undermining Respect for the Law (2003).
