Lord Lamont of Lerwick

Norman Lamont was the Member of Parliament for Kingston-upon-Thames  between 1972 and 1997. He held various ministerial roles, including serving as Chancellor of the Exchequer from 1990 until 1993. He has sat in the House of Lords since 1998 and was co-author for Politeia of A Prosperous New Year? Politeia’s New Year’s Message (2009).
