Jonathan Gardner has been Senior Economist at Willis Towers Watson since 2002, where his areas of interest include such subjects as ageing and mortality, reward and employees’ attitudes to risk and saving. He was a Research Fellow at the University of Warwick between 2000 and 2002 and he was co-author for Politeia of The Pensions Predicament: Means Testing, the Savings Trap and the Labour Market (2004).
