James Morris MP

James Morris has been Member of Parliament for Halesowen and Rowley Regis since 2010. Prior to his election to Parliament, he founded a software company and was chief executive of local government think-tank, Localis. For Politeia he was co-author of Freedom, Responsibility and the State: Curbing Over-Mighty Government (2012).
