Dr Irwin Stelzer

Dr Irwin Stelzer is Director of Economic Policy Studies at the Hudson Institute in Washington DC and a columnist both in the US and London, where he writes for The Sunday Times.  His Politeia publications include Poverty or Prosperity: What Tax is Best for a Flourishing Economy? (2010) and Taxes in a Global Economy: Efficiency, Fairness and Incentives (2008).
