Lord Ramsbotham

David Ramsbotham was HM Chief Inspector of Prisons between 1995 and 2001 and became a Crossbench member of the House of Lords in March 2005. His previous career in the army between 1957 and 1993 saw him serve as Adjutant General. For Poltieia he was co-author of Policing Matters: Recruitment, Training and Motivation (2005)
