David Green

David Green has been adviser on Brexit and the City to the Chairman of the Royal Bank of Scotland since 2016 and is Director of David Green Consulting. He was previously Adviser on International Affairs at the Financial Reporting Council and Head of International Policy at the Financial Services Authority after an earlier career at the Bank of England and IMF. He was co-author for Politeia of The Financial Sector and the UK Economy: The Danger of Over-Regulation (2013).
