Anthony Howlett-Bolton OBE

Anthony Howlett-Bolton is a strategy consultant in the criminal justice field, having previously served as Deputy Chief Constable of Bedfordshire Police (1998-2000). A member of Politeia's Police Commission, he was co-author of Policing Matters: Recruitment, Training and Motivation (2005).
